OUR BASIC RULES:

• This Property is located outside of Tungtao Resort
• It is 2 min walking distance from Tungtao Resort
• The key should be collected from the reception
• No room Service
• Food and Beverages will be served at Tungtao Resort
• Tungtao Resort gate will be closed at 9:00pm
• Check in time- 2 pm
• Check out time – 11 Am
• Last order 8pm
• Last serving 9pm
• Closing time 9pm
• No in Room Dinning
• Outside Foods and Drinks are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• Incase of cancellation or no show, it’s non refundable.
• 2 adult and 1 child per room
• All the booking to be made full payment.
• No smoking inside the room.
• In case of lost of key, a fine of Rs 1000 will be imposed so it is advisable to leave the key with the receptionist whenever you step out from your room.
• In case of loss or any property damage, guest are responsible for their own action therefore fine will be imposed accordingly.
• Lastly help us in contributing our environment eco friendly by switching off electricity when not in use, till then relax and enjoy your stay with us.
